  • You come in close contact or a family member in your household comes into close contact with someone testing positive for COVID-19 (as the CDC guidelines and local health department define close contact)

COVID-19 Safety Practices

With guidance from the CDC, State of Michigan, and our local Health Department, we have an excellent plan in place to minimize risk to guests and staff, adhere to regulations, and still maximize opportunities for students and leaders to connect together.

fewer attendees each weekend

Lower retreat attendance per weekend.

health screening of guests

Health and temperature screening of guests and staff before checking in.

face masks not mandatory

All participants are required to wear masks while indoors and outside where they are unable to socially distance. Masks are not required while sleeping, eating, or during high-intensity activity. This order is subject to change at any time, of which we will readjust our policy appropriately.

physical distancing

Physical distancing practices while encouraging healthy relationships and positive interactions.

enhanced cleaning practices

Strict and regular cleaning and sanitizing of common spaces with emphasis on high touch areas.

fewer attendees each weekend

Lower dining hall capacity with proper distncing between tables and safe food prep and serving practices.

hand sanitizer stations

Hand sanitizer stations located all around campus, especially in common areas.

designated sleeping arrangements

Safe sleeping arragnements when sleeping On-Campus and fewer people per housing unit.

Be Equipped IN Your Faith

Through dynamic large group club sessions with Biblically based speakers and worship centered bands, your students will be introduced to a relationship with Jesus and challenged to go deeper. In small group discussion, you get the opportunity to follow up, answer questions and dig into what faith looks like in everyday life.

Have A Blast!

Themed events, games and tournaments will give your group a chance to compete together and against others while working as a team. During free time relax around the fire with a board game or chose one of our many activities such as horseback rides, laser tag, tubing hill, broomball, and climbing tower. No matter the weather we’ll have something fun going on!
