Michigan Winter Youth Group Retreats
Experience a group-changing weekend at Grace Adventures in West Michigan. This isn't your ordinary winter retreat. Grace provides a distinctive experience by removing the responsibility of planning and running a youth retreat and allows youth pastors to connect and disciple their students. Let us take care of the scheduling, cooking, and speaking so that your youth group can have fun and grow closer together and to God!
Join us for a winter weekend and experience fun activities like our climbing wall, snowtubing, broomball, horseback trail rides, laser tag, and much more!
Health and Safety
We continue to implement a number of practices to maintain and extend our safety protocols for guests and our staff:
- We are monitoring federal, state, and local information related to COVID-19
- We are providing ongoing training for staff in safe and effective cleaning practices
- We ask that all guests, staff, and volunteers do a self-health screening before arriving for the event and to use good judgment on their current health condition.
- Campers, staff, or guests are welcome to wear masks if they feel more comfortable
- Posting content regarding recommended handwashing procedures in restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas to increase awareness of simple prevention methods
- Increased cycles and procedures for frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas
- Use of CDC recommended cleaning supplies and disinfectants throughout our facility
Upon registration, a $25.00 Non-Refundable deposit is due per reservation.* Any cancellations will forfeit that deposit.
Canceling spots within 45 days of the retreat, you are obligated to 60% of your retreat fee
Canceling spots within 14 days of the retreat, you are obligated to the full retreat fee.
*If any of your participants has COVID-19 or is quarantining because of COVID-19 exposure and needs to cancel their reservation, we will work with your church for a partial or full refund of that participant's fees.
If Grace Adventures is not permitted to host an event due to legal obligations or restrictions imposed through Executive Order, Local Health Department order or directive, or any similar legal restriction or circumstance of similar effect, Grace Adventures will reimburse any deposit and minimum. In all other circumstances, Grace’s cancellation policy outlined above will apply.
The Impact Of Retreats
"It's incredibly important to bring kids on a retreat because it gives them a chance to open up and hear the message of Christ."
-Winter Blast Leader
Be Equipped IN Your Faith
Through dynamic large group club sessions with Biblically based speakers and worship centered bands, your students will be introduced to a relationship with Jesus and challenged to go deeper. In small group discussion, you get the opportunity to follow up, answer questions and dig into what faith looks like in everyday life.
Have A Blast!
Themed events, games and tournaments will give your group a chance to compete together and against others while working as a team. During free time relax around the fire with a board game or chose one of our many activities such as horseback rides, laser tag, tubing hill, broomball, and climbing tower. No matter the weather we’ll have something fun going on!
