COVID-19 Update

Updated 3/24/2020
Due to the Governor's executive order, our staff are working remotely with limited phone availability.  At this time we are continuing to move forward with summer and fall programming as scheduled.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact our office, leave a voicemail, and our staff will return your call within one business day.

We know the current world events are top of mind for everyone, and it’s a priority focus for us as retreats are quickly approaching. We know that things are changing minute by minute, but believe it is important for us to share with you where we are today.

Grace Adventures takes guest and staff safety extremely seriously. While there has been no known direct contact with the coronavirus at Grace Adventures, we are closely monitoring local, state, and national statements regarding the novel coronavirus cases and following the directives from these agencies.  We will utilize this page to keep guests updated on the status of any upcoming events or retreats based on local, state, or federal directives, and encourage you to personally stay apprised of any updates on the coronavirus from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

At this time, Grace Adventures is postponing our Men’s Retreats, Ride for the Ranch, and April Women's Ranch Retreats.  Groups and individuals who are registered for these events will be receiving further communication about alternative dates and cancellation policies and procedures.  We will also be contacting the church and school groups who are scheduled to come in the next several weeks to discuss your individual experiences.

Due to the changing nature of the situation, we will be making decisions on future events such as Golf FORE Kids and summer camp as they draw closer.  We will post any updates on those events on this webpage.

The Grace Adventures Commitment

As Christian ministry leaders, let’s also encourage one another to balance prudent steps for health and hygiene with absolute dependence on God and the unique peace He provides to us; a peace distinct from what we see in the world around us.

Most importantly, we want to remind ourselves of Psalm 46:1, which says “God is our refuge and our strength, an ever-present help in trouble” as well as Paul’s writing in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of love and self-discipline”.  When the Spirit enters our life and gives us that gift, we do not have to live in fear.  We live in His power in love and self-discipline.  So, as you face today and the challenges in your world, let this be an encouragement to you.  Seek our God as your refuge and rely on His Spirit to live in love and self-discipline, through His power.

We expect God will continue to use His people and Grace Adventures to impact children, adults, and families with Jesus Christ.  We eagerly look forward to what He will do this year.

- President Steve Prudhomme
