Why Work At Camp?

Mission Focus

There's nothing better than working for a mission you believe in. At Grace Adventures, everything we do is to Impact People With Jesus Christ. When you join our team, you will be working alongside of people that have a heart for kids, love to have fun, and above all, want to see kids dedicate their lives to Christ.

Community

Our Summer Staff build a community of healthy, positive interactions and friendships. Our ministry team is only effective and the most impactful when our staff are friends and know how to work well together. The Summer Staff community starts at staff training and continues long after the summer is over.

Compensation

Working in a ministry has a lot of rewards both personally and professionally, but that doesn't mean that working in ministry should make you broke. We offer a competitive salary. Sure, you might not make a lot of money but, you won't have many expenses either. All staff live on campus with lodging and most meals provided for.
