Do I need to be part of a church to attend?
No. Our retreats are open to adults who want to spend time growing in their relationship with God and connecting with others.
Can I come by myself?
Absolutely. Many people attend with friends or church groups, but you are welcome to come on your own.
What’s included?
This varies by retreat, but retreats typically include lodging, meals, activities, and retreat sessions. See the individual retreat page for complete details.
Where is Grace Adventures?
Grace Adventures is located in Mears, Michigan, near the Silver Lake Sand Dunes.
How large are the retreats?
Our Men’s and Women’s Retreats typically welcome around 250 attendees. This creates a great balance: there’s enough people to meet someone new and enjoy the energy of a larger retreat, while still providing plenty of opportunities for meaningful connection.
When should I register?
Registration is first come, first served, and retreats can fill up. While availability varies from year to year, wait lists tend to begin forming during the summer and early fall. We’ll update the retreat website as we get closer to capacity, but we recommend registering early to make sure you have a spot.
Will I have to share housing with someone I don’t know?
No. It’s very rare for guests from separate groups to share housing. We do our best to keep groups together in their assigned accommodations. If a situation ever arises where guests outside your group would need to share housing, both parties will be notified before the retreat.
What is the cancellation policy?
When you register, a $25 non-refundable deposit is due per reservation. If you cancel, this deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat will be charged 60% of the retreat fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat will be charged the full retreat fee.
