We will collect information about you when you when you transmit information to us via our website or by email, communicate with our personnel, request our services, order services, subscribe to any of our newsletter(s), answer our surveys, fill out our surveys, register to receive email updates or information from us in addition to making purchases from the site, through implicit data capture measures such as studying which pages you read the most and the use of cookies, and when you otherwise use this website. Information We May Collect From You.
In general, you may visit our website without revealing any personal information other than technology-related information described in the section below. However, certain sections and features of our website are only available to users of our website and services that request information or services and/or purchases of our services. We use TogetherPay for payment processing so none of the payment information comes through our website.
We use this information to ask you if you want to receive information or purchase services on graceadventures.org, ask you to complete surveys for research purposes and to otherwise communicate with you about other features of the site. We also use this information to respond to any inquiries you may submit to us, to track and monitor usage of our website and to communicate with you about your account and your use of our website. In addition, we may use this information to send you periodic information and other materials associated with Grace, unless you inform us that you opt out from receiving such communications via email. We also use this information to operate this website. We also use this information for targeted advertising and other marketing purposes.
Website Information
Our website collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you navigate through the website. This aggregate information is collected site-wide, and includes anonymous website statistics. Our website also employs browser cookies to store users’ preferences and record session information. “Cookies” are bits of information that are stored by your browser on your hard drive. This technology allows for the storage of user preferences, user ID and password, if applicable, and remembers you when you take action on our website. Credit Card Information
For users that subscribe to or purchase from the site, we collect credit card information. We use TogetherPay for processing your payments. While we would only reveal the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order, of course, the entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during order processing as authorized and handled by TogetherPay.
Other Information
We may retain any data you provide to us in an email or other inquiry, to track the types of questions we receive, analyze trends, administer the websites and services we offer, improve the design of our websites and services we offer, track user movement, and otherwise enhance the services we provide.
2. WHEN YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED OR DISCLOSED

As noted, once you sign up with or communicate with Grace regarding services, we may send you administrative-related emails, as well as emails to facilitate your access to Grace’s services, including providing you with related updates. We may not offer you the opportunity to opt out of receiving these communications.
However, we provide you with the opportunity to elect not to receive other types of communications, including emails informing you about Grace’s services, marketing and other offerings that we think will interest you. If you want to stop receiving these communications, forms provided will normally have a box to check to prevent such processing. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems but we do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Terms of Service prohibit the use of Grace website by children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect, maintain or use any personal information from such children, and no part of Grace’s services are directed to persons under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS GRACE’S SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, it is our intention to promptly delete such information from our databases. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has signed up for communication with Grace, an account, or requested services, then you may alert Grace at support@graceadventures.org and request that we delete that child’s personal information from our systems.

Grace may from time to time update this privacy policy. In the event that Grace merges with, or is acquired by another company, a change to this privacy policy may result. Whenever a change to this policy is significant, we will place a prominent notice on this website.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This website is owned and operated from offices located in Mears, MI. Regardless of the place of execution, this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement made in Mears, MI, fully performed in Mears, MI, and the laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this agreement without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws. By using our website you expressly waive any presumption or rule, if any, which requires this Agreement to be construed against Grace.
Please note that through your continued use of our website, which is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States of America, this privacy policy, and our Terms of Service (available at http://graceadventures.org/terms-of-use you are transferring personal information and data to the United States of America and you consent to that transfer. You also agree to the resolution of disputes and arbitration of such disputes and to abide by any limitation on damages, as outlined by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service or other agreement we have with you.
