How Does Your Team Respond When Change, Disruption, and Defeat Comes?

In the pursuit of excellence, individuals and teams will inevitably face failure, change, and disappointment. True character comes forward when we can stand up through the hardship and daily grind to become champions.

What Is GRIT

When students have the unshakable drive and unwillingness to quit, they have GRIT. Our GRIT program builds into staff and students an unconquerable spirit, firmness of character, courage, and perseverance to take your team to the next level.

GRIT Training is an experiential program designed for youth and those working with youth. Participants will learn through teaching and activity.

We can offer GRIT Training both on our campus and at your location. Sessions are typically in 2-3 hour blocks.

For Students

Courage. Perseverence. Character. Integrity

These are traits that students need in life, no matter their GPA, occupation, or location. Developing GRIT in your students helps them be prepared to tackle life obstacles and overcome the pressures of society.

For Athletes

Metals and trophies don’t make champions.

Champions are made of a determination to never quit even when the going gets tough. GRIT will build into your student athletes a drive to continually improve and strive for excellence.
